Bath & Strip (no tidy)

Excellent for shorter haired dogs who have double coats.

Bath Tidy & Strip

The undercoat is stripped out followed by a hygiene shave, paw tail, ears and edge trim up.

Full Groom

Wash, blow dry, shave & tidy the body, feet and head. Shave under pads and a nail clip, hygiene shave & ear check.

Breed Clip

Same as a full groom but with extra scissoring and finessing to achieve the traditional breed shape.

Gland Express

Anal glands or scent glands need releasing regularly. If your dog scoots along on their bottom or smells like a dead wallaby their glands need emptying. Blocked anal glands can lead to greatdiscomfort, infection and absyses

Charcoal Deoderising Shampoo & Condition

Japanese charcoal shampoo contains the microbial action of bamboo extract which supplies minerals, discharges negative ions and absorbs impurities.

Mud Shampoo & Condition

$15 - $20

Excellent for dry or allergic skin.The minerals draw out the impurities in the skin & fur leaving the coat soft and silky.

Paw Di Cure

Special cream is rubbed into the paws and wrapped in a hot towel to sooth cracked paws

It is important to remember that a dog's coat condition and behaviour can make grooming physically difficult and take more time. The following describes the most common situations where a fee will be charged.

Fleas Are Bad for Business

$30 EXTRA

Fleas can ruin our reputation so please let us know when you drop your dog off if they have been itching. If we find any fleas on a dog we will charge $30 to cover our time; a Canstar tablet plus a flea shampoo They will be isolated from other dogs.

Extra charges for the following:

90c per min.

Matted, biting, overexcited, incontinent, extra heavy extra dirty dogs will be charged $0.90 a minute for time spent over the allocated grooming time.

Extra hairy dogs Eg: Samoyed, Husky, long haired German Shepherd will be charged $1.00 per minute of a timed groom.

Show style grooms eg: Standard Poodles will be charged at $1.00 per minute

Dogs move and grooming tools are sharp

We are not responsible for accidents with our sharp tools if a dog if is matted or difficult to handle.
(You will be asked to sign a waver)

Our right to refuse

We have the right to refuse rude and disrespectful owners.

Old, frail or sick dogs

Please inform us of any medical and/or skin conditions as this will prepare us to provide the best care possible and understand any limitations your dog may have

24 hours cancellation notice

Please give us 24 hours notice if cancelling an appointment otherwise we may have to charge $30 to cover wages. We try to give reminders but please don't rely on these. NO SHOWS cost an appointment based business a great deal in staff wages and lost income so please be considerate and ring and cancel allowing us time to fill your booking with another client.

When a client is unhappy with a groom

As trained groomers we endeavour to do the best grooms possible.
Good communication and maintenance of your dog's coat between grooms will help the owner get what they want.
Its important to remember that a dog's hair will grow and in 6 to 8 weeks will be long enough to have a different styled groom.
