WHAT DOES YOUR DOG NEED?
We suggest grooming your lovely companion every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure their coat never becomes matted.

SHORT STYLE Many clients like the clean lines and easy care of a short clip.
All non-shedding dogs can benefit from this now and again as the groomers can check any skin changes, such as growths that happen over time. Mixed breeds can be groomed in many different styles depending on the condition and length of their coat.

POODLE MIXES AND
OTHER FLUFFY BREEDS

Poodles, Bichons and other curley coated dogs look fantastic with longer fur but maintenance is essential to keep the coat in good condition between clips. They also require a brush dry to achieve a knot-free coat suitable for our comb attachments to go through. (comb attachments allow a longer cut).

BATH & DE-SHED Because our dogs live inside with air-conditioning, double coated dogs require regular de-shedding to remove their undercoat so that it doesn’t matt or twist and end up all over your furniture.
De-shedding leaves the coat light, airy and luscious. (Not recommended for outside dogs in cooler weather until September).

TERRIER STYLES

Little terrier breeds ie; Jack Russles, don’t often need more than a good bath and tidy up of their features, but long haired varieties such as Schnauzers can be shaped into their traditional breed style or clipped one length whilst shaping their head, feet and tails in the traditional style.

LONG COATED BATH & TIDY

Border Collies, Golden Retrievers and the like have straight long fur which looks amazing after a bath, de-shed and tidy. (see de-shed above) By trimming the edges of the drop coat it stops wispy ends from knotting up and combined with neatly shaped feet and tail your dog will look like a show dog.
