Puppy INTRODUCTION TO GROOMING Package

- Take all the guess work out of when and how to groom your new puppy. This package was developed by the salon owner who grooms puppies all the time and knows the best results come from early introduction to a salon - its' smells and sounds and being bathed and dried, held in different positions to trim nails, faces and all the things they need done to them. Your dog is cuddled and coaxed with positive reinforcement to accept new things during the groom. They are given opportunities to socialise with other dogs and play. The benefits to you and your pup are many because learning to accept grooming as a routine part of their life will make your dog more resilient and less nervous. The Package requires your commitment to full-fill 10 grooms: the first three - three weeks apart to reduce anxiety. Then after puppy has completed the next 7 (total of 10) they will get the 11th groom for FREE! PLUS: Because your puppy’s teeth are very important, you can also add a Canines Clean for only $10 extra (thats half price) and free for the 11th. Puppy Package Requires 50% deposit that is rolled over the 11 grooms (Also includes 20% discount off any retail stock & grooming tools)

SKIN & COAT Therapy Package

- This package is for dogs that present with crusts, sores, hair loss, redness, irritation, infection (bacterial or fungal), itching, lumps or bumps, hot spots and/or odour. Through research it has been discovered that steroids and antibiotics and the typical therapies for skin don’t always work to treat skin and coat issues and that many can be managed in the grooming salon with the correct processes and products. Which is what we offer you in this package. (To treat the problem correctly we recommended a course of 6 treatments over 6 weeks).

PRICE & CONDITIONS MAY VARY
Bubbles Dog Spa & Groom requires clients to sign a contract which explains and outlines customer and business terms and conditions. The Salon reserves the right to refuse aggressive, frightened, anxious or difficult dogs. Staff will cease grooming dogs who pose a threat to themselves, the groomers or the salon equipment.

When booking, you must inform us if your dog:

  1. Bites
  2. Is Matted
  3. Has a medical condition and/or skin conditions, as this will prepare us to provide the best care possible and understand any limitations your dog may have.
  4. If you suspect your dog has fleas please re-schedule your booking until they have been treated by you otherwise you will incur a large fee.
  5. Bookings will require a 5o% deposit.
  6. The salon must be notified of any changes to your booking Date, time or service (Eg. full groom to bath & tidy) 48 hours prior to appointment. (extenuating circumstances considered)
  7. No shows will lose their deposit
  8. late arrival may be rescheduled or charged from appointment time.
  9. overgrown or matted dogs may not be finished in the time allowed and rescheduled.
