Bubbles Dog Spa & Groom requires clients to sign a contract which explains and outlines customer and business terms and conditions. The Salon reserves the right to refuse aggressive, frightened, anxious or difficult dogs. Staff will cease grooming dogs who pose a threat to themselves, the groomers or the salon equipment.

When booking, you must inform us if your dog:

1.itesB 2. Matted 3. Has a medical condition and/or skin conditions, as this will prepare us to provide the best care possible and understand any limitations your dog may have.

4. If you suspect your dog has fleas please re-schedule your booking until they have been treated by you otherwise you will incur a large fee.

5. Bookings will require a 5o% deposit.

6. The salon must be notified of any changes to your booking Date, time or service (Eg. full groom to bath & tidy) 48 hours prior to appointment. (extenuating circumstances considered)
